Our welfare emphasizes flexibility in the way we work and aims to meet the diverse needs of our employees. We have introduced a telecommuting system that allows employees to work efficiently and comfortably.
In addition, we have adopted a flextime system with no core hours, which allows for greater individual freedom in terms of how work is conducted and time management. This allows employees to work at their own pace and in accordance with their physical condition, thereby reducing stress and improving productivity. Upon joining the company, employees are given paid leave, allowing them ample time to acclimate to their new workplace and to refresh themselves.
We also allow dual employment and support our employees in their pursuit of personal growth and skill development. Having a second job allows employees to gain new perspectives and experience, while also allowing them to apply fresh ideas and skills to their main job.

Homebase System
We have introduced a homebase system to maintain working efficiency and productivity and to enhance the quality of life of our employees. Employees can choose homebase on working days or use a combination of working in the office and homebase (the frequency depends on the type of job, skill level of the subject, etc.).
Flexible Work System with No Core Time
Working hours can be flexibly adjusted to suit the diverse lifestyles and needs of employees (standard working hours are 8 hours per day). Employees are also allowed to take a break during working hours (as an unpaid break) so that they can go to the bank or government office during the daytime.
Paid Leave Granted on the Date of Hiring
Annual paid leave can be taken in increments of one day or half a day from the date of hiring (10 days in the first year). Other paid vacations include special leave (for marriage, birth of a spouse, death of a relative within three generations, etc.) and sick leave (5 days per year).
Acceptable Part-time Jobs
Subject to certain conditions, employees are allowed to do part-time jobs; We welcome employees to do part-time jobs and dedicate to support the possibility for employees to utilize their diverse interests and abilities while maintaining a good balance between work and private life.
Systems to Support Childcare and Nursing Care
We have established an employment environment that allows employees to balance work and family. The Company provides childcare and family care leave (including childcare leave at birth; the same shall apply below), child nursing care leave, prepaid labor for childcare and nursing, restriction of overtime work and late-night work, and childcare and nursing care short time work, etc.
Enhancing Women’s Activities
The ratio of male to female employees in ClinChoice is approximately 4:6. As many women are active in the company, we have acquired the “Women Friendly” certification, which can be obtained by companies that promote the advancement of women. In addition, examinations of breast cancer and cervical cancer are available at medical checkups (costs paid by the company).
